This rental is the downstairs unit with two bedrooms & two bathrooms, our home is the perfect escape for a family looking for a getaway!

With the convenience of docking your boat in your own backyard, we are confident that our home is the perfect place for you and your family.

Our fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors & granite countertops opens up to the spacious living area characterized by its large windows offering the space with lots of natural light and its gas burning fireplace, welcoming you with plenty of seating for the entire family.

Our kitchen features a variety of amenities such as a Coffee machine, microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher and offers a range of kitchenware and cooking necessities needed for preparing your favorite meals.

Our home is cozy and we want it to feel like your home during your stay with us; we welcome the use of our grill, gas burning fire pit, games & seasonal beach badges.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with streaming services. WiFi is offered throughout Villa Del Mundy. ONLY guests have full access to the backyard & the dock area. Additionally, guests have access to street parking & laundry area with a washing machine & dryer.
